Program of the Revolutionary Commune Councils in Europe
The material basis for our democratic mass organization exists in Europe. As in all areas of struggle, the vacuum caused by the lack of revolutionary leadership that will direct the masses, organize them in line with their democratic and political demands and lead them to the struggle; is felt. Revolutionary organizations that could have been taken seriously in some countries in the past, have been thrown far behind their past positions. Most of the Turkish revolutionaries have long ceased to be hope for the workers and laborers of Turkey and Kurdistan. What remains of these structures is essentially corrupt relations with the destruction and degeneration of revolutionary values. To channel Turkish and Kurdistani workers to democratic and revolutionary struggle again on such a ground; We all see that, as in every field, it brings with it the obligation to act with the patience of a dervish and the mastery of a watch repairman. Of course, in order to start such a work, our job will be like digging a well with a needle, considering the possibilities and current strength we have. However, it is not impossible.
Establishing the struggle in Europe solely on the axis of Turkey and Kurdistan, no matter how much we agitate; is contrary to communism, as it includes an implicit nationalism and is a nationalist deviation, rather than being an ideologically great mistake. All fronts of struggle in the world are common fronts of all communists. Every communist joins the war in the front he/she is in, but wars in other fronts are also our wars. Any political work that does not see the Turkish revolution and the ongoing struggle in Turkey and Kurdistan and is not fed from there is wrong. Turkey and Kurdistan are an important focus of the revolutionary wave that may shake the world, with the intensification of contradictions and conflicts in many economic, political, social, class, national, historical, regional and cultural fields. In this sense, we feed off the revolutionary struggle in Turkey and Kurdistan, and we act with an operational perspective that is not limited to Turkish and Kurdish immigrants.
On the other hand, we must feed the country’s revolutionary struggle, expand the possibilities and borders of our movement and strengthen the united revolution movement which we see as a strategic alliance of the intertwined revolution of Turkey and Kurdistan. These are only one aspect of our political work in Europe. However, an existence disconnected from the struggle in the country is a great mistake that will paralyze political work in Europe. What needs to be done is to establish a correct relationship between these two aspects. When this right line cannot be established, after a period all revolutionary activities turn into formal efforts devoid of objective foundations. With this political perspective, we strengthen international organization and struggle.
Revolution imposes itself
European Union countries unified laws, combined currencies and abolished borders. Countries almost became like the villages of Europe. But, as we all know, they are frantically arming themselves by cutting from education, health, social spending. In Israel, weapons that can see corners are produced to be used in guerrilla warfare, and the first customers are the European Union countries. Against whom are these countries, which unite their borders, laws and even their money, arming? Undoubtedly, it is obvious that these countries do not take up arms against each other. The only thing they all agree on and have in common is the “fight against terrorism”. The workers they call terrorists, whose pulp they extract in their vineyards, gardens, fields, worshipers, streets and factories. They know that when the chips are down, the working class and laborers will rise up against them. They are already preparing for an attack from all fronts, no matter. Naturally, we all have a common enemy. In the face of this common enemy, our problems also become common.
The underground and ground resources of the poor east are being usurped by the rich west with the help of their local collaborators. There is a hectic migration towards the rich west from geographies where there is starvation, famine and war. When t unemployment and the other inherent diseases of imperialist capitalism combine , the rich west fuels racism and militarism. All foreigners, especially the people of Turkey and Kurdistan, feel this emerging racism, unemployment and militarism in the countries they live in.
Let alone preventing the unavoidable unemployment and the unrest caused by immigration in the European countries we live in, it is further fueled by it. Unemployment created by imperialist capitalism and social injustice created by unemployment, the problem of eliminating the unrest caused by immigration, stand before us as a question of revolution, no matter where we are in our world. Leading the masses after the reformist pursuits within the system is like beating water in a mortar. Because the masses are aware that there will be no serious changes in the domestic policy, foreign policy, economy and other policies of the country, despite different governments. Large masses of people going out to the streets with their demands for peace and other demands does not seriously disturb the rulers. But the gathering of four people demanding a revolution can make them act with the aggression of a bull that attacks when it sees red. Local organizations that can be taken seriously at a considerable level are also aware of the situation and have set their sights on the entire Middle East, especially Rojava. In other words, there should be a perspective of revolution in Turkey and Kurdistan, which we will present to the masses for the solution of the problems.
Creating a Three-Dimensional Struggle
We can build the democratic struggle abroad on three main axes.
1– Within the framework of a structuring in accordance with the needs of the struggle carried out in Turkey and Kurdistan;
A– Logistical support.
B– Involving in the ongoing anti-fascist struggle.
C– By exposing the reactionary fascist impositions abroad, ensuring that the struggle meets
the outside world.
2– To organize the workers and laborers from Turkey and Kurdistan in European countries in
line with their rightful and democratic demands caused by the problems they experience in
the countries they live in, by creating channels of struggle and mobilizing them for the
struggle.
3– To increase international solidarity collaborating with the anti-fascist and anti-imperialist
organizations in the countries we are living in, and by taking part in the existing class struggle.
On Youth
No matter where we are in the world, all organizations that want to conquer the future want to keep the youth in their hands. All organizations also implement various policies to attract the youth. Regardless of where they are in the world, youth movements have left serious traces in the societies they are in, creating great excitement in societies. Especially in the late 1960’s, the youth movements, which affected various geographies of our world, especially Europe, seriously threatened the governments in the countries they were in. In this sense, the forces of revolution and counter-revolution have made special efforts to keep the youth in their ranks.
Imperialist capitalism does not promise a future for the youth, as it does for other segments of society. On the contrary, it aims a totally futile and servile youth. The system is trying to keep the youth, the most dynamic base of the society, under control in its own ranks by continuously corrupting it. In all European countries, they do their best to prevent youth from seeking solutions to their problems and he unrest caused by massive from getting involved in politics, by removing the barriers to drug and alcohol use, creating artificial crises and alienating them from themselves, and making them a herd of addicts. The antidote to all this is undoubtedly the revolutionary struggle. Against the traps set by the order to fool the youth, we have to develop tools and methods that will attract the youth to the revolutionary struggle.
A– Student youth.
B– Worker youth.
C– Unemployed youth.
1– Organization of sports activities.
2– Organization of cultural activities.
3– Organization of youth camps.
4– Organizing educational activities such as seminars, panels, forums. The types of such activities can be multiplied according to specific conditions and concrete situations.
Nothing Without Women
Any organization that does not involve women has no chance of success. The determination to own and not letting go of what she has and defending it to death, by nature, has been proven both in women’s own practice and in all scientific research. You cannot lay hands on a mother’s baby. If you try to touch it, she will tear you apart or tear herself apart. For this reason, the German secret intelligence organization (BND), which acts as a “university” in the field of intelligence, says that if you want to bring down an organization, first strike the women in that organization. Based on this awareness, our guideline is the motto “Without women, there will be no revolution, without revolution, women will not be free”. We know that women are victims of double exploitation wherever they are in the world. This situation is the same not only in eastern societies, but also in the west, which is accepted as the homeland of civilization. Violence against women, whether emotional or verbal, in the family, at work where they are exposed to sexist division of labor and oppressed and discriminated against, during wars; is also increasing in European countries where we live, without making any distinction between rich and poor, educated or uneducated.
Increasing femicide in other European countries, especially in France and Germany, is remarkable. It is known that the number of women who are harassed, raped and forced into prostitution across Germany is well above hundreds of thousands. Concrete and current realities also show that at least one woman is killed in three days; in the same way, it is determined that the cases of physical assault and killing are committed especially by spouses and lovers. Again, according to research conducted by various institutions and organizations, only 52 percent of women worldwide who are married or have an emotional relationship can freely make their own decisions about birth control methods. All these data show that it is not possible to change this picture without women’s struggle, no matter where in the world it is.
First of all, women in this field, as in every field, have to decide with their own initiative. Whatever will be written about women will find its true meaning if women write it themselves. Progress can only be made if women can express themselves directly. The capitalist system itself is responsible for the captivity of women in society. The liberation of women is also a part of the struggle for revolution. In this regard, theoretical determinations and practical policies that will pave the way for practical activities by creating special and original concrete organization forms within our structure should be implemented as soon as possible.
As a result of all this, we have to name the work we do or try to do. From now on, we take our place in the ranks of the democratic mass organizations as the Revolutionary Commune Councils in Europe (RCCE).
Forward with RCCE
1- RCCE might seem like if a new extra one was added to the already existing structures. But
over time it will become clear that it is not.
2- RCCE rejects the thesis that Turkish passport holders living in European countries such as Germany, France and the Netherlands where Turkish is spoken almost as a second language will never return to their country and naturally that they are trying to establish their own future only in the countries they live in. In short, the ascription of immigrant status is not correct. On the contrary, the people here are seriously concerned with what is going on in their country. They came in as guest workers years ago and they largely maintain this status. It should be seen as an important component of the revolution in Turkey and Kurdistan.
3- RCCE gets its ideological and political basis from revolutionary communist ideology.
4- RCCE invites everyone who is non-reactionary, non-racist, non-fascist to fight in their own ranks.
5- RCCE sees all structures other than itself as its allies and fights against all kinds of groupist and self-centered mentality.
6- RCCE takes its place among all united struggle institutions and struggles for their development.
7- RCCE is a part of the active participation of workers and laborers in European countries in the class struggle.
8- RCCE collaborates with anti-fascist organizations in European countries on an internationalist basis and carries out a joint struggle.
9- RCCE organizes and leads the sportive and cultural activities in all its fields.
10- RCCE organizes agitation-propaganda activities by developing agitation and propaganda materials.
In short, RCCE is an anti-fascist, anti-imperialist front of organization and struggle of the
workers and laborers in European countries.
